How to make Lauki Raita| लौकी का रायता कैसे बनायें

You can check the recipe in the video also: Ingredients of Sarson Lauki Raita: Bottle gourd or lauki - 200 gm Curd or Dahi - 250 gm Mustard powder - 3-4 tbsp Green chilli - 4 -5 Salt to taste Black Salt - 1-2 tsp Ajwain - 1/4 tsp Ginger (grated) - 1 tbsp Roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp How to make  Sarson  Lauki Raita: Peel and finely chopped bottle gourd or lauki. Boil lauki for 2-3 whistle and let it cool at room temperature. Drain water from lauki.                              Now in a mixing bowl add Dahi, mustard powder, green chilli, salt, black salt, ajwain, grated ginger and roasted cumin powder and mix well all ingredients.                                                               Now add boiled lauki and mix well.                                 Keep this raita in room temperature for at least 3 hours so that dahi and mustard powder infused together very well and enhance the taste of raita.                                 After 3 hours enjoy this delicious and tempting raita

Coffee Mousse Ingredients used for Coffee mousse recipe  Roughly chopped milk or dark chocolate - 1cup + For garnish Milk- 1/4 cup Whipped cream - 3 cup Instant coffee powder - 2tbsp + For garnish Warm milk - 1 tbsp How to make Coffee mousse Step 1 - First of all, whip the whipping cream and powdered sugar in a deep vessel with the help of electric beater.
