Ingredients Maida (Refined flour) - 250 gm Suji (Semolina) - 100 gm Salt - as per taste Ajwain (Carom seeds) - 1 tbsp Lal mirch powder (red chilli powder) - 1.5 tbsp Chaat masala - 2 tbsp Aamchoor powder (Dry mango powder)- 1 tbsp Peri Peri masala [optional] Refined oil - for moyan - 1/2 cup + for frying How to make Add maida and suji in large mixing bowl and then add oil,salt and ajwain. Mix well all ingredients until mixture is crumble. Add water in small batch and knead stiff dough. Rest the dough for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes knead dough again. Now cut the dough into four equal portions. Take one and roll out 1/2 inch thick roti. Now cut the roti into a diamond shape. Heat the oil on medium flame. Add namakpare to it and fry until it becomes light golden.
