Mango Ice Cream Sandwich - मैंगो आइसक्रीम सैंडविच

Icy Mango Sandwich Nowadays it is the summer season and in this season mango is the favourite fruit of all. That's why I thought why not make a mango recipe. So here I have prepared a sandwich with mango and ice cream. Hope you all like this recipe. INGREDIENTS White or Atta bread- 6 slices Mango puree - 1/2 cup Mango Chunks - 1/2 cup Vanilla Icecream - 1 brick Leftover biscuits crumble - 1/4 cup (chocolate cookies and Marie biscuit) How to make First of all, take a mould or any round shape utensil. Now, first of all, put a layer of bread in a mould but keep in mind that the edges of the bread should be cut. Now apply the mango puree layer on top of the bread layer.   Now put a layer of vanilla ice cream on it. You can apply any other ice cream that you like, but both ice cream and mangoes should not be sweet otherwise your sandwich will be extra sweet. Now place mango chunks on top of the ice cream. Then put crumble biscuits on top of it. Then add another layer of bread.  Repeat t

How to make nariyal puri

Nariyal Puri                  Ingredients Maida - 1 cup /1/2 cup -maida and atta each Grated coconut 3/4 cup Curry leaves -15 -20 leaves Whole red chilli -2 Mustard  seeds - 1 tsp Refined Oil for frying First, grate the coconut with a grater. In a large mixing bowl, add grated coconut, maida, salt and mix well. Now take a tempering pan and heat a tablespoon of oil and add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Now put it in maida and knead soft dough. Heat oil into a kadhai at medium heat. Now take lemon size dough and roll out puri and fry on medium heat until it turns into light golden brown. Poori will not be puffed up too much because of grated coconut in the flour but it will be so delicious that you want to cook it again and again.
