Ingredients to make whipped cream Whipped powder- 100 gm Milk - 100 ml Lots of ice cube Equipment you need to whipped cream Electric Beater or Whisker Large Bowl How to make whipped cream Before whipping the cream, keep beaters, milk, whipped powder and mixing bowl in to freezer for at least half an hour so that they all chilled. After half an hour, first break the ice in a big pot and pour in to big pot. Now keep the mixing bowl which you kept in to freezer half an hour before. Now, in that mixing bowl add chilled whipped powder. Add, chilled milk in to bowl. Now with the help of electric beater, beat on 3 number for 2 minutes and then on 5 number for 5-6 minutes.  After 8-10 minutes, whipped cream is ready. Now keep this whipping cream in freezer for 10- 15 minutes as it made with powder. Coffee Mousse Ingredients used for Coffee mousse recipe  Roughly chopped milk or dark chocolate - 1cup + For garnish Milk- 1/4 cup Whipped cream - 3 cup Instant coffee powder - 2tbsp + For garnish Warm milk - 1 tbsp How to make Coffee mousse Step 1 - First of all, whip the whipping cream and powdered sugar in a deep vessel with the help of electric beater. Do not use a hand blender to whip the cream. Keep the whipped cream into the freezer. Step 2  -Take 2 tablespoons instant coffee powder and mix it with one tablespoon lukewarm milk. Icy Mango Sandwich Nowadays it is the summer season and in this season mango is the favourite fruit of all. That's why I thought why not make a mango recipe. So here I have prepared a sandwich with mango and ice cream. Hope you all like this recipe. INGREDIENTS White or Atta bread- 6 slices Mango puree - 1/2 cup Mango Chunks - 1/2 cup Vanilla Icecream - 1 brick Leftover biscuits crumble - 1/4 cup (chocolate cookies and Marie biscuit) How to make First of all, take a mould or any round shape utensil. Now, first of all, put a layer of bread in a mould but keep in mind that the edges of the bread should be cut. Now apply the mango puree layer on top of the bread layer.   Now put a layer of vanilla ice cream on it.
